How can data be extracted, transformed, and used to better inform health policy, especially in geographies with limited resources?
Athena Infonomics conducted a case study on the Implementation Network for Sharing Population Information from Research Entities (INSPIRE), a platform where different datasets are aggregated and transformed to provide data driven-solutions and answer health-related questions in Africa. This case study was developed as part of Effective Data Sharing: Beyond Platforms, a report commissioned by the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data that investigates the landscape of data-sharing partnerships and identifies the key drivers of success.
