Abraham Nyorkor serves as the Learning and Communications Manager for Athena in Liberia, contributing to the USAID-funded Countrywide Sanitation Activity (CSA) in collaboration with partners such as Population Services International (PSI), Concern Worldwide, and Gusceman Incorporated. With eight years of professional experience, Abraham has demonstrated expertise in leading learning and communication efforts across diverse projects encompassing WASH, nutrition, agriculture, health, advocacy, climate change, and livelihoods.

His extensive background includes the development and implementation of communication strategies, as well as the creation of compelling marketing content such as factsheets, success stories, case studies, newsletters, flyers, brochures, articles, press releases, and videos. Prior to his role at Athena Infonomics, Abraham served as the Head of Communications for Welthungerhilfe (WHH) Liberia, and held positions as a Communications Officer at the Environmental Justice Foundation and Action Against Hunger.

Abraham holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Liberia and possesses certificates in developing integrated communication strategies for non-profit actions. Beyond his professional roles, he has authored and published numerous blogs and human-interest stories covering a range of thematic areas.
