Arpan is a development-sector professional. Having handled several research projects in the field of socioeconomic development, he has garnered on-the-ground experience in working as a liaison between the backward and forward linkages of dairy farmers. Arpan started his career at a dairy startup, and later joined a national NGO. He holds a Master's degree in management, with a specialization in rural management, from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in human resources management from the University of Calcutta.
