Ashwin is an assistant professor at the Department of Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Following a stint as the graduate teaching and research assistant at Stanford University, Dr. Ashwin serves as the consultant to various private and public sector organizations in the areas of project management, computer applications in construction, infrastructure planning and management, organizational behavior, disaster management, sustainable development, cross cultural issues in large engineering projects and public private partnerships.
