Atul Mohan Pulikkottil is a Senior Consultant with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team at Athena Infonomics. Atul has 5+ years of experience working with global multilateral and bilateral institutions, NGOs and country governments on monitoring and evaluation assignments. His experience includes work on issues such as sustainability, climate change, child protection, modern slavery, agriculture, small and medium size enterprises development and education in crisis contexts. He has led and supported outcome and impact evaluations, MEL framework designs, MEL capacity building exercises, project delivery, proposal development and evaluation design.

Atul holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Warangal (India), a master degree in international business management from IE Business School (Madrid, Spain), and an advanced master degree in Development Evaluation and Management from the Insitute of Development policy at the University of Antwerp (Belgium).
