Drishti Rastogi is a Senior Consultant in the Governance and Service Delivery team. She has 5 plus years of experience with non-profits, think tanks and consulting firms. She is trained in designing research tools and in participatory approaches to community engagement.

She is passionate about issues of urban development, sustainability, women’s empowerment, and equal access to social services for all. Prior to Athena, Drishti was a Consultant at the Social Impact Practice at Deloitte where she anchored monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessments of CSR projects for multinational banks and Indian FMCG conglomerates across education, energy access, livelihood and disability programs. She has also worked with government stakeholders at the state and central level for implementation of WASH programs and advocacy on women’s issues.

Drishti holds a postgraduate degree in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
