Manasvini has over 12 years of progressive experience in the social impact sector with a comprehensive background in developing and deploying HR strategies and processes to drive business growth. She is leading the Human Resources function at Athena Infonomics and continues to drive HR excellence through innovative and people-centric approaches. Her key skills include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy formulation and implementation and HR automation.

Prior to Athena, Manasvini led recruitments at J-PAL South Asia which conducts randomised evaluations, builds partnerships for evidence-informed policymaking, and helps partners scale up effective programmes. She has also worked as an HR Consultant with Strategic Alliance Management Services P Ltd. (SAMS) which is a general management consultancy, exclusively focused on servicing the needs of the health and development sectors in India.

Manasvini has an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School and Bachelor’s in Economics from Delhi University. She also completed a Diploma course in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development.
