Riza is a Senior Consultant of MEL programs at Athena Infonomics. Riza has 7 years of experience working in the field of research and consulting. Prior to joining Athena Infonomics, Riza was a Senior Manager- Projects at Development Solutions, where her responsibility was to oversee the project management vertical. Her role was to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, with quality and efficiency, by developing and updating project management systems and providing feedback to the project team.Her role also included leading and coordinating research and consulting projects for the organization as well as mentoring staff, and representing the organization in various forums. Riza was also a research fellow at Ajeevika Bureau, Rajasthan. She conducted a study on the Family Empowerment Program (FEP) for women and girls, developed material for life skill sessions, collected and analyzed data of the beneficiaries, linked them with government schemes, and managed FEP-related data and reports. She also led a research project on single women in rural Rajasthan.
