Siva is a Principal Consultant at Athena Infonomics with over a decade of experience driving systemic change at the reciprocity of people, planet, policy and systems. Siva has worked on programmes and projects spanning climate & sustainability intersecting with agriculture, livelihoods, humanitarian response systems, health, and energy systems with organisations such as Abdul Latheef Jameel Poverty Action Lab, Institute for Financial Management and Research - LEAD (now KREA LEAD), Samhita Social Ventures, The Catalyst Group and Forum for the Future, contributing to evidence-based programming, policy, impact and programme evaluations, MEL strategies, ESG and carbon projects and sustainable development strategies.

Bringing a systems perspective and leveraging the aspects of scale are two pioneering pillars Siva has started to sharpen over the years designing, measuring, strengthening and scaling impactful initiatives, from advancing regenerative agriculture to developing climate-resilient communities.

He has collaborated with leading multilateral agencies and foundations, including USAID, the Rockefeller Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, The WB, SKOLL Foundation, BMGF etc. leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and policy. With a track record of delivering transformative solutions, Siva is committed to enabling long-term, scalable impact across sectors.
