Sukanya is a Senior Consultant-MEL at Athena Infonomics. She brings extensive experience in project management, capacity building, operations, and monitoring and evaluation. Holding a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Calcutta, Sukanya has over a decade of experience in the social development sector. Her expertise spans various thematic areas, including child protection, livelihoods, skill development, and gender. She has contributed to national and international projects across India, Bangladesh, and Nepal and has been a NOREC fellow. Before joining Athena Infonomics, Sukanya managed key projects and operations at Development Solutions, led skill development initiatives at Seefar Enterprise in India, and managed child protection programs at The Aangan Trust. She is dedicated to creating meaningful change through effective project management, high learning agility, strategic visions, and innovative solutions.
