Trapti Malviya works on creating meaningful solutions and establishing effective communications with clients based on their specific needs. She has been working in the monitoring and evaluation space for more than five years, specializing in research and documentation.
Trapti has worked predominantly in the areas of skill development, livelihoods, watershed management, and business development, and hasoperated in the Indian states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. Trapti has been associated with Deloitte and Grant Thornton in her previous engagements, where she has worked on a diverse array of projects—from social scheme implementation to impact assessments—with high national visibility. She has worked with MoRD, MoSPI, MSRLM, SAG, GIZ, ADB, NABARD as clients, along with multiple other stakeholders. Through this work, Trapti holds an in-depth understanding of working with bureaucrats at the national and state level.
Trapti carries a post-graduate diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management.
