A lawyer by training, Vaibhav designs tools for facilitating research and innovation in India’s public policy ecosystem. Drawing upon frameworks of complex systems thinking, his work focuses on supporting governments as well as nonprofits develop relevant policy interventions.

Vaibhav has over 6 years of experience in engaging with the government, civil society, industry, and driving multi-agency public policy research initiatives in the areas of climate sustainability, local governance, and water security. Using participatory tools such as games, workshops, and simulations, he has helped implement policies that are collaborative, inclusive, and proactively compliant with the rule of law.

Having previously worked at a nonprofit, a startup and a social impact enterprise, he has developed expertise in managing multi-year, international projects as well as working with interdisciplinary teams. Vaibhav holds an integrated degree in law from National Law University, Delhi.
