Eminent business leaders, psephologists, academics, civil society members participated in an engaging discussion on issues and questions such as how to positively influence the quality of campaigns and voter turnout? What are the key determinants of perception (formation) among voters? And how has the role of electoral institutions evolved and what are the practical barriers to implementing electoral reforms?
