Gelan Abdurehman Musa serves as the Data Analytics Specialist at Athena Infonomics, bringing with him eight years of experience in technical support, software development, database management, and analytics. His professional journey includes roles in both local and international organizations, where he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to developing and effectively utilizing data collection, analysis, and visualization tools.

He has successfully managed various data collection tools and databases, ensuring their continual upkeep and accessibility. Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, PHP, Python, and Excel, Gelan possesses the necessary skills to analyze large datasets, extract strategic insights, and present trends to decision-makers.

Prior to his tenure at Athena, Gelan developed a dynamic data analysis and visualization dashboard, as well as a comprehensive data literacy program. He has actively provided capacity-building training and technical support to staff and partners. Gelan holds a bachelor's degree in information technology from Ambo University and has earned recognition from the National Data Management Centre for Health for his exceptional performance.
