Rajashree contributes to Athena Infonomics' recruitment activities, HR operations and analytics, team engagement, and performance management. Before joining Athena, she served as Associate, People Operations at Room to Read, where she was responsible for implementing the administration of end-to-end recruitment, hiring, retention, staff development, termination, personnel records, and long-term staffing strategies.

Prior to this, Rajashree worked with Strategic Alliance Management Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Consultant, having successfully handled recruitments for many reputable non-profit organizations and government projects, and having supported turnkey recruitment and payrolling assignments for the National Health Mission, UNICEF, the Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS) / the National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), EY-UNDP, and FIND.

Rajashree holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Jamia Millia Islamia and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (with honours) from Delhi University.
