Sharanya Menon brings 5 years of professional expertise spanning roles as a lawyer, business development manager, program management consultant, and nonprofit development professional. Prior to joining Athena Infonomics, Sharanya served as a Program Associate at Avantika Foundation, where she was the sole employee for 2 years, contributing significantly to establishing the NGO from inception. She also worked as a Program Management consultant at TrustIn. Her experience lies in strategy design & development, operations, stakeholder engagement, legal research and program management.

Sharanya holds a Master's in Public Policy & Governance from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's in Law and Business Administration from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She harbors a profound passion for urban governance and institutional reform, with a commitment to cultivating trust and autonomy within the policy process.
